Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without providing prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
